Elan Canada Immigration is by your side throughout your immigration journey, from day one until your arrival and settlement in Canada.
Our consultation process is based on 6 stages:

- Consultation
- Professional service contract
- File preparation / immigration application
- Submission of the application to the immigration office

Profile assessment
Our FREE assessment process helps determine if you are eligible to immigrate to Canada. Elan Canada Immigration has developed a simple online assessment forms to assess your profile and qualifications free of charge. The online assessment is based on the eligibility criteria of the various immigration programs in Canada.
- Permanent residence in Canada in accordance with the Express Entry system, the provincial nominee programs, and your qualifications for temporary residence (temporary workers)
- Study in Canada
- Visit Canada
- Family class program or the sponsorship of refugees abroad.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to answer the questions on the assessment form. After filling out the assessment form in connection with the immigration program of your choice, the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will assess your profile and determine if you are eligible for that program. If you are not eligible to the selected program, the consultant refers you to another program for which your profile best fits to maximize your chances of obtaining a visa. You will receive the report of the assessment by email. Please make sure you provide a valid email address. The assessment of your profile is FREE.
Consultation
A consultation with the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is offered to discuss issues related to your immigration project or to review the outcome of your assessment. The consultation is done in person, by WhatsApp voice call or via Zoom, Duo, depending on your availability or at the latest 72 hours after registering with one of our offices or scheduling an appointment online. You would be assessed on your eligibility for relevant immigration programs and all available options to increase your immigration chances. At the end of the consultation, you will have full overview of your immigration or travel plan.
Professional service contract
If you retain our services to assist you through the process of the immigration program for which you are eligible, a professional service contract will be signed between you, the client, and the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. This contract is a document which has legal value and frames the commitments of the parties. The contract includes, among other things, the rights and duties of the consultant and the client, as well as the total fees and the various payment dates.
Our rates are affordable and comprehensive. At Elan Canada Immigration, we believe that each immigration situation or request is unique, and we adapt our prices to meet all needs and satisfy our client.
The following payment methods are accepted.
File preparation / immigration application
Once the professional service contract is signed by both parties, the consultant works closely with the client to prepare the immigration file for the visa application. If necessary, the consultant can assist the client to gather some supporting documents to maximize the chances of the approval of an immigration application.
Submission of the application to the Immigration office
After the preparation of the file, it is submitted via the appropriate medium to the corresponding Immigration office for review by a visa officer. The approximate deadlines and the related process will be communicated to you at the time of your consultation. In addition, the consultant follows up with Immigration office and submits additional documents if required.
Assistance with travel preparation and settlement in Canada
After obtaining your visa, we remain at your side if you need us. We can offer you useful tips and advice for preparing your trip, purchasing the plane ticket. Also, in order to facilitate your settlement and integration in Canada, we will refer you to settlement services for newcomers to guide you in your first steps in Canada and support you in your new life so that you succeed in your integration. The support offered by these services is free of charge and includes finding accommodation, writing a Canadian CV, looking for employment, education, training or language courses.
Confidentiality Notice: The information provided will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. These will be analyzed by Elan Canada Immigration only for the purpose of assessing your profile and advising you on immigration to Canada.
