The federal skilled program is for people with appropriate education, work experience, age and language skills. To be accepted into the Express Entry pool, you must obtain the minimum pass mark of 67 points out of 100-point grid for skilled workers which include six selection factors (language skills, education, work experience, age, valid job offer and adaptability). You will eventually receive an invitation to apply based on your score and your rank in the Express Entry pool.
